嗨！我是 Summer …

之前在中式餐飲業從事 HR 工作約 12 年半，主要是在教育訓練的 function ，後來因為部門合併開始接觸招募、獎金、績效、法令等內容，因為喜歡分享與教學，本身除了是公司的內部講師外，也會培育內部講師，並擔任公司各項活動、會議、儀式等主持人，同時也是部門主管的代理人，於 112/09 轉至金融業持續做教育訓練與招募任用，我可靜可動且勇於挑戰。

在 HR 這條路上，從零開始學起，因緣際會加入社團法人人力資源管理協會（ CHRMA ），並先後在認證委員會、國際事務委員會服務擔任委員角色，從中獲取更多學習知識，拓展我的 HR 各項經驗，並在 2022 年開始接觸 Notion 筆記軟體，獲得訓練營優秀學員的榮耀，順利於整體表現中，加入生活黑客研究院的教學團隊、講座講師，擔任第四屆訓練營的助教及講師團隊成員及對接窗口，將所學持續回饋給所需要之人，進而達到自己的期許與目標。
